URS-100M pressure level transmitter is tailored for liquid sulfur and high temperature naphthol and combined with previous international application experiences, it is developed by XINGSHEN and there are successful applications in relevant process units in China market. This product with stainless steel armored welding cable and adopted with special high temperature large diaphragm sensor can be used to measure high temperature and strong viscosity medium and can solve other measuring difficulties in chemical industry.

Structure Principle

URS-100 static level transmitter measures the liquid level via static pressure caused by liquid height. When the sensor part of level transmitter put into the liquid medium, the static pressure change to voltage signal and the signal amplified and converted into 4~20mADC standard current signal.
